2-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 605 Freeway in Whittier
WHITTIER, Calif. (July 12, 2024) — A two-vehicle motorcycle accident happened Friday morning on the northbound Interstate 605 Freeway near Whittier Boulevard.
The traffic accident occurred at around 6:54 a.m. on July 12th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the motorcyclist wobbled and crashed after a possible collision with another motorist. The rider went down in the roadway and paramedics responded to help the motorcyclist.
A tow truck removed the motorcycle from the freeway.
Traffic investigators are working to determine fault for the Whittier accident on the 605 Freeway.
