Major Injury Motorcycle Crash
STANISLAUS COUNTY, Calif. (August 18, 2023) — A major injury motorcycle accident happened at South 7th Street and Pecos Avenue in Modesto.
The two-vehicle collision occurred at 11:45 a.m. on August 18th, near Highway 99, according to the California Highway Patrol. A driver in a maroon Nissan reportedly struck the motorcycle rider due to unknown circumstances.
Paramedics responded and rushed the injured motorcyclist to a hospital with major injuries. The rider had complaints of pain and a possible broken arm.
A tow truck removed the damaged motorcycle from the roadway.
Investigators are piecing together what happened to determine fault for the motorcycle accident in Modesto.
