Motorcyclist Injured in Crash on State Route 91
CERRITOS, Calif. (August 30, 2023) — A car versus motorcycle accident happened Wednesday morning on the westbound Artesia 91 Freeway, just east of Carmenita Road in the Cerritos area.
The multi-vehicle collision occurred in the westbound lanes of State Route 91 about 10:55 a.m. on August 30th, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.
A motorcycle rider, a silver Honda Accord and or a white Ford van were involved in the collision. The rider went down in the HOV lane of the freeway.
Paramedics responded to help those hurt in the crash.
Meanwhile, tow trucks removed at least one of the damaged vehicles from the freeway.
Finally, investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the motorcycle accident on the 91 Freeway.
