Motorcycle Accident at Pentz Road and Durham Pentz Road Near Chico

CHICO, Calif. (July 29, 2026) — A minor injury motorcycle accident involving two vehicles happened Wednesday morning at Durham Pentz Road and Pentz Road, just southeast of Chico.

The traffic accident occurred around 7:14 a.m. on July 29th, according to the California Highway Patrol dispatch log.

Paramedics and police responded and located the motorcycle down in the roadway and the male rider sitting on the right-hand shoulder with minor injuries. It’s unknown if the motorcyclist was taken to a hospital or treated at the scene.

Meanwhile, Ernies Towing was contacted to remove the damaged motorcycle.

Finally, a police report will piece together what happened and determine fault for the collision.
