Major Auto Accident at Salmon Falls and Malcolm Dixon Roads

September 9, 2018 – A traffic collision involving a motorcycle occurred in the area of Salmon Falls and Malcolm Dixon roads Sunday evening, according to the California Highway Patrol dispatch.

Primary reports indicated a gray SUV, a maroon Honda SUV, and a motorcycle were involved in the wreck.
When emergency teams arrived at the location, around 7:46 p.m., they reportedly found the motorcycle rider downed on the road. Officials believed that man sustained major injuries as a result of the crash. At this time, the name of the victim remained unknown.
The conditions of other parties involved in the accident have not been disclosed thus far.
Investigators handling the case continue to work to determine how and why the crash happened.
