Minor Injury Crash in La Selva Beach
SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, Calif. (April 26, 2023) — A motorcycle and a van were involved in an accident on northbound Highway 1, just south of Mar Monte Avenue in La Selva Beach, Santa Cruz County.
The two-vehicle collision occurred around 7 a.m. on Wednesday, April 26th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the crash in the No. 1 lane of Highway 1. A driver in a white van collided with the motorcyclist due to unknown circumstances.
Paramedics responded to help the injured rider who suffered undisclosed minor injuries in the collision.
A tow truck removed at least one of the vehicles from the highway.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the traffic accident on Highway 1.
