Motorcycle, Minivan Crash on Highway 101 Near Redwood City
REDWOOD CITY, Calif. (May 4, 2022) — A motorcycle accident on Highway 101 happened Wednesday morning near the Woodside Road off ramp in Redwood City.
The two-vehicle collision occurred in the northbound lanes of the highway about 10:26 a.m. on May 4th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported a cruiser motorcycle and a white minivan or SUV collided in the Nos. 2, 3 and 4 lanes.
The motorcyclist had complaints of pain in both hands and his left ankle. Paramedics responded and transported the injured rider to Stanford Medical Center.
A tow truck responded to remove the damaged bike from the crash scene.
Meanwhile, authorities are investigating the cause of the crash and liability.
