Motorcyclist, Trucks Collide on I-10 Freeway in LA

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Oct. 13, 2023) — A motorcycle rider was injured in a crash involving a cement truck and UPS truck on the westbound Interstate 10 Freeway in the Mid City area of Los Angeles.

The multi-vehicle collision occurred at around 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 13th, just east of Crenshaw boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The motorcyclist went down in traffic lanes after colliding with a cement truck, but it’s unknown if the UPS truck collided with one or both vehicles.

Paramedics with the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the scene to help the injured rider, but there are no further details at this time.

A tow truck removed the damaged motorcycle from the freeway.

Finally, investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the motorcycle accident on the Interstate 10 Freeway.
