Motorcyclist Injured in Collision on the I-5 Freeway in Irvine
ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. (Nov. 21, 2024) — Two vehicles and a motorcycle were involved in a crash on the northbound Interstate 5 Freeway, just south of Jamboree Road in Irvine.
The traffic accident occurred around 8:21 a.m. on Nov. 21st, according to the California Highway Patrol report.
CHP officials reported the motorcyclist, a BMW, and a third vehicle were blocking the HOV and No. 1 lanes of the I-5 Freeway.
Paramedics responded and located the injured rider sitting up against the center divider with undisclosed injuries.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the motorcycle accident on the 5 Freeway in Irvine.
