SUV Hits Motorcyclist in HOV Lane on I-210 Freeway
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. (May 21, 2024) — Two vehicles including a motorcycle were involved in a crash on the westbound Interstate 210 Freeway in Rancho Cucmonga.
The traffic collision occurred on the Foothill Freeway at around 7:24 a.m. on May 21st, just west of the I-15 Freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported a driver in a white SUV allegedly struck the motorcyclist as it entered the HOV lane, the CHP report said.
The unidentified motorcyclist went down in the Nos. 1 and 2 lanes of the freeway and multiple vehicles stopped to help the victim.
Paramedics responded to help the injured rider, but there are no further details.
Finally, investigators are working to determine fault for the motorcycle crash on the 210 Freeway.
