BAKERSFIELD, California (February 3, 2017) – A 22-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a traffic collision near the intersection of White Lane and Lily Drive on January 29, according to Bakersfield Now.
Kern County coroner’s office identified the deceased as Adrian Anthony Huizar, of Bakersfield.
As per the article, police said Huizar was riding a motorcycle when for an unknown reason he was broadsided by a pickup truck.
The truck was making a turn when it collided with the rider.
Police affirmed that Huizar was found down on the ground near the pickup and was then taken to the hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The cause of the incident remains under investigation.
