Officer Hurt After Collision Near Robertson and La Cienega
Beverly Hills, CA (June 29, 2022) – A Beverly Hills motorcycle officer suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred on Wilshire Boulevard, the CBS News reported.
Auto vs. Motorcycle Accident on Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills
Officials said an unidentified man driving a black four-door sedan struck an officer riding a motorcycle in Beverly Hills. Per local news source, the front wheel of the motorbike hit the right side of the sedan. The force from the impact resulted in heavy damage to both vehicles; and shattered the windshield of the car. The crash took place Wednesday afternoon.
Shortly after 1:30 p.m., rescue teams arrived at the accident scene. Responding paramedics rendered aid to all parties involved in the wreck. According to the article published online, the officer sustained injuries as a result of the wreck. The name of the injured party, and their condition at this time have not been revealed thus far.
Detectives continue to work at this time to determine several unclear factors surrounding the crash on Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills.
