Motorcycle Rider Injured in Car Accident on Doriana Street in San Diego
Motorcyclist Hurt in Crash; Volkswagen Making a U-Turn
SAN DIEGO, Calif. (July 10, 2024) — A motorcycle rider was injured Saturday night in a car accident while riding on Doriana Street in the Bay Terraces area of San Diego.
The two-vehicle collision occurred at around 10:45 p.m. on Saturday, July 6th, according to Fox 5 News.
A 40-year-old man riding a 2010 Harley Davidson motorcycle was heading westbound when a driver in a 2012 Volkswagen Golf pulled into a driveway to make a U-turn and cut off the bike.
The motorcyclist crashed into the car in the 6800 block of Doriana Street, the report said.
Paramedics responded and transported the injured motorcycle rider to a hospital due to a fractured femur and other injuries from the crash.
