Motorcycle Rider Injured in Crash on SR-94, Kelton Road in San Diego

Motorcyclist Injured in Morning Crash Involving SUV

San Diego, CA (April 11, 2025) — A crash involving a motorcycle and a white SUV happened Friday morning on westbound State Route 94 near Kelton Road in the Bayview Heights area of San Diego.

The California Highway Patrol (CHP) reported the collision at approximately 7:47 a.m. on April 11th, 2025.

The motorcyclist was found lying in the fast lane while the motorcycle came to rest in the center divider.

Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene and assisted the rider after the minor-injury collision.

Tow services removed the motorcycle from the scene due to damage the the rider’s injuries.

The westbound lanes were briefly impacted by the crash and finally, the CHP will continue to investigate the incident.
