SAN JOSE: Motorcycle Crash on Highway 85 at Almaden Expressway OnrampSAN JOSE, California — A motorcyclist was injured as a result of a traffic collision on Highway 85 at Almaden Expressway onramp, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.

On March 11, the accident between a motorcycle and a vehicle happened on the southbound of the freeway at 4:15 p.m.

The circumstances that led to the accident remain unknown at this time but officials affirmed the motorcycle rider suffered major injuries from the impact.

The area affected by the crash was closed until about 7:00 p.m. to give way to the investigation, as per CHP.
