Rider Suffers Minor Trauma
CHICO, California (August 31, 2016) – A motorcyclist has been injured as a result of a traffic collision on South Highway 99 at Highway 32, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.
The accident took place on August 31, Wednesday around 5:34 p.m.
In detail, the CHP team mentioned a Kawasaki Cruiser was traveling on the highway when it was suddenly struck by an unspecified vehicle. The force from the impact resulted in the motorcycle rider ejected from its bike; and landed on the shoulder of the highway. Responding paramedics immediately attended to the injured motorcyclist and treated its sustained minor trauma.
No immediate information was provided on the other parties involved in the crash. Investigation is underway.
