Motorcycle Accident Investigation
An investigation into this collision is underway to determine fault. There are many factors to be considered including whether or not there was a dangerous condition in the roadway that contributed or caused this collision. There is no traffic light or stop sign posted at this intersection and at this time we do not know which direction the vehicles were traveling in. Police are piecing together the facts to determine fault.
If a negligent driver or dangerous condition caused a collision that left you injured or took the life of your loved one, you may have grounds for a personal injury or wrongful death claim.
It’s important to note, however, that it’s quite common for insurance companies to try and avoid paying out a claim even when they know their insured is responsible. They may also make an offer to settle for far less than the full amount owed. This is unacceptable.
