Victims’s Bone Sticking Out of His Leg
CARDIFF, San Diego County (August 4, 2016) – A motorcycle suffered severe injury as a result of a hit-and-run crash on North Interstate 5 freeway near Birmingham Drive, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.
The accident occurred on August 4, Thursday shortly before 4:00 p.m.
In detail, the CHP log mentioned a man called the authorities to report a hit-and-run incident. The reporting party claimed he was riding his motorcycle when he was suddenly struck by an unknown vehicle. The force from the impact resulted in the rider ejected from his motorcycle and suffering in injury. As per the log, the victim injured his ankle and a bone was sticking out of his leg. The name of the injured party was not disclosed as officers are still working on notifying his family members.
No immediate information was provided on the suspect.
