Motorcyclist Injured in Crash at Apple Valley Road & Marigold Street
APPLE VALLEY, Calif. (Sept. 16, 2026) — A motorcyclist was seriously injured Monday in a crash involving a Ford pickup truck at Marigold Street and Apple Valley Road.
The 69-year-old Apple Valley man was hospitalized following the collision around 4:56 p.m. on Sept. 14th, 2026, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.
Authorities investigating the crash determined the 22-year-old Adelanto man driving the 2006 Ford F-150 pickup truck pulling a Carson trailer was southbound on Apple Valley Road. The driver reportedly turned left into the path of the northbound 2019 Harley-Davidson motorcycle at the Apple Valley intersection.
Sheriff’s deputies from the Apple Valley Station and paramedics from the Apple Valley Fire Protection District responded to the scene.
Paramedics rushed to help the motorcyclist who suffered major injuries in the crash. He was transported to a local hospital for further treatment.
