Motorcyclist Injured in Crash on State Route 60, Frederick St., in Riverside

RIVERSIDE, Calif., (Jan. 22, 2026) — A motorcyclist was injured Thursday morning in a Riverside crash involving a white Ford pickup truck on westbound State Route 60, east of Frederick Street.
The collision occurred on Jan. 22nd around 7:07 a.m., as the motorcycle was reportedly splitting lanes and the Ford truck moved into the motorcycle’s lane, the California Highway Patrol said. Emergency responders were called to the scene, arriving shortly thereafter.
The male motorcycle rider was found injured and lying in the high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lane. Paramedics transported him to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries, which have not been disclosed at this time.
The California Highway Patrol is actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash. Authorities are seeking witnesses who may have observed the incident to come forward.
