Motorcyclist Injured in Crash with Tractor on Road 132 Near Avenue 328

TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (June 13, 2025) — A crash on Road 132 between a motorcycle and a large agricultural tractor caused major disruption and a road closure Friday afternoon in a rural area of Tulare County.
The crash occurred around 12:27 p.m. on Road 132, just south of Avenue 328, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP) dispatch log.
The traffic accident resulted when the motorcyclist collided with a tractor that was pulling a disc trailer. The impact left the tractor with a broken left rear wheel and debris scattered across the roadway.
Emergency responders from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office and fire personnel arrived on scene quickly and confirmed that Road 132 was completely blocked due to the crash. Medical personnel were dispatched, and at least one person — presumed to be the motorcyclist — sustained injuries, although the extent of those injuries has not yet been released.
A heavy-duty tow truck from Cesares Tow was requested to remove the damaged tractor and equipment from the roadway.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the circumstances leading up to the collision. It is not yet clear if speed, visibility, or mechanical failure played a role in the crash.
Road 132 remained closed for an extended period as authorities worked to clear the scene and assess damage.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or has information is urged to contact the CHP’s Visalia office.
