Motorcyclist Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on SR-91 in Anaheim Area
ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. (March 13, 2026) — A motorcyclist was injured on Friday morning in a two-vehicle crash on the Riverside 91 Freeway near Imperial Highway in the Anaheim area, authorities said.
The crash was reported on March 13th at about 8:49 a.m. on the eastbound side of the freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol. Initial reports indicated a white Nissan collided with a motorcycle, leaving the rider down in the middle lanes and blocking several general-purpose lanes.
Passing motorists stopped to assist the motorcyclist until emergency crews arrived. Firefighters responded and temporarily blocked lanes two through five while they treated the rider and secured the scene.

Authorities said the rider appeared responsive after the crash and was transported to OC Global Medical Center with moderate injuries.
A semi-truck and another vehicle were also reported stopped on the right shoulder following the collision. Investigators were also checking information from a witness who reported seeing a white sedan resembling a Toyota Corolla with damage to the right mirror pulled over on the right shoulder of the freeway.
By about 9:10 a.m., crews had cleared the roadway and traffic lanes reopened.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
