Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Car Accident on Antelope Road

NORTH SACRAMENTO, Calif., (May 1, 2026) — A serious motorcycle accident on Antelope Road involving a black Honda Civic resulted in major injuries in the North Sacramento area.

The crash was reported at approximately 6:07 p.m. on April 30th at 3700 Antelope Road, near Commonwealth Drive at the border of Antelope and North Highlands. According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP) logs, the collision blocked the eastbound No. 2 lanes, but the roadway was later cleared and reopened.

Authorities have confirmed that a black Honda Civic and a motorcycle were the vehicles involved in the accident. The scene was attended to by CHP units, with the first unit reportedly arriving by 6:15 p.m.

Emergency responders located the motorcyclist suffering from major injuries and transported the person to a hospital.

The collision remains under investigation by the authorities. Law enforcement officials are urging any witnesses to come forward with information that may aid their inquiries.
