3-Vehicle Crash on Highway 85 in Mountain View
MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA (Feb. 9, 2024) — A three-vehicle car accident in Mountain View happened Friday morning on the northbound Highway 85 near the Evelyn Avenue off ramp.
The collision occurred at around 11 a.m. on Feb. 9th, just north of Highway 237, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a black BMW sedan, a black BMW 328i and a gray Tesla were involved, but it’s unknown what caused the crash.
The black sedan was blocking middle lanes and the BMW 328i and the Tesla were on the right shoulder when police and paramedics arrived.
At least one person was treated for minor injuries from the Mountain View accident on Highway 85.
