MOUNTAIN VIEW (August 24, 2017) – Three people were taken to hospitals following a multi-vehicle collision at El Camino Real and The Americana Thursday afternoon, according to CBS San Francisco.

Primary reports mentioned the accident occurred at around 1:00p.m. and involved a Toyota Higlander, a Toyota minivan, and a red four-door sedan.

As per the article, responding paramedics rendered aid to three parties at the scene. A woman who suffered the most severe injuries was immediately transported to a hospital in unknown condition. Further,  two other victims were also hospitalized for treatment of minor injuries.

El Camino Real was closed for most of the afternoon and evening as officers investigated. Authorities have not yet disclosed how and why the collision happened.
