Multi-Vehicle Collision on I-10 West Near I-710 North

Alhambra, CA (March 13, 2025) – A multi-vehicle Alhambra crash occurred Thursday on the westbound I-10 Freeway near the I-710 North interchange, involving a Metro bus, a Chevrolet Volt, a white van, and another vehicle.

The crash, reported around 8:30 AM on March 13th, caused significant blockage in the express lanes and the HOV lane, according to the California Highway Patrol dispatch.

Emergency responders, including the Alhambra Fire Department and CHP, were on the scene to assist. The Metro bus involved in the crash was blocking multiple lanes, and a supervisor and mechanic were headed to the scene.

At this time, there are no reports of serious injuries, but traffic was heavily impacted.

Tow trucks have been called to clear the wreckage and authorities are working to reopen lanes.

An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the crash. Motorists should expect delays in the area.
