Minor injury accident on I-80 at Nevada Street
PLACER COUNTY, CA [June 7, 2024] – A multi-vehicle crash happened Friday morning in Auburn on the westbound Interstate 80 freeway at Nevada Street.
The minor injury accident occurred around 10:22 a.m. on June 7, 2024, according to the California Highway Patrol Dispatch.
The drivers of a white SUV, white mini cooper, and a grey pickup truck were among the vehicles involved in the traffic collision.
At least two vehicles collided causing the grey pickup truck to overturn on its side. The passengers climbed out of the vehicle and a dog was ejected from the vehicle and possibly injured.
Additionally, paramedics responded to the scene to help a passenger with minor injuries.
Finally, a tow truck responded to aid at least one vehicle. Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the Auburn crash on the Interstate 80 freeway.
