4-Vehicle Car Accident on State Route 4
BAY POINT, Calif. (August 25, 2023) — A multi-vehicle Bay Point crash happened Friday morning on Highway 4, just west of the Willow Pass Road on ramp.
The four-vehicle collision occurred on the westbound State Route 4 around 8:24 a.m. on August 25th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a black Toyota Camry, a blue pickup truck, a white truck with trailer and a grey Nissan Armata were involved. All vehicles managed to pull over to the right shoulder. It’s unknown at this time what led up to the traffic accident.
However, at least one driver had complaints of pain and a head injury, but initially declined medical help on scene. However, emergency responders had an ambulance on the scene to help those injured.
Investigators will determine fault for the crash on Highway 4 in Bay Point.
