3-Vehicle Car Accident on El Segundo 105 Freeway
LOS ANGELES, CA (Feb. 6, 2024) — Three SUVs were involved in a crash on the 105 Freeway, just east of Sepulveda Boulevard on Tuesday near Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
The multi-vehicle collision occurred on the westbound 105 at around 7:47 a.m. on Feb. 6th, according to the California Highway Patrol. The vehicles were blocking the North Nash Street off ramp and the two right lanes of the freeway.
The drivers of a dark gray Nissan Rogue SUV, a white Toyota SUV and a black SUV were involved in the collision, the CHP report said. The vehicles were blocking the Nos. 1 and 4 lanes of the roadway.
The Nissan sustained major front-end damage in the collision and was one of two vehicles that required a tow truck.
Paramedics also came to help anyone injured in the collision, but there are no further details at this time.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the collision.
