Chain-Reaction Collision on Pomona 60 Freeway in Hacienda Heights

HACIENDA HEIGHTS, Calif. (Jan. 10, 2025) — A multi-vehicle crash happened Friday afternoon on the westbound Pomona 60 Freeway, just east of the Hacienda Boulevard off-ramp in Hacienda Heights.

Three vehicles were involved including a white Honda, a tan Ford Fusion sedan, and a grey Tesla, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The CHP reported the collision on its website at 1:54 p.m. on Jan. 10th, 2025.

It appears to be a chain-reaction collision with the Ford Fusion caught in the middle of the other two vehicles. The Fusion had major front and rear damage and required a tow truck.

The report also stated a blue BMW and a white vehicle were on the right shoulder.

A tow truck removed the Ford Fusion and there are no further details.
