10-Vehicle Pile Up Crash on Harbor 110 Freeway Express Lanes
LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Nov. 14, 2022) — A 10-vehicle pile-up crash happened Monday morning in the Express Lanes of the Harbor 110 Freeway, just north of the Glenn Anderson (105) Freeway.
The collision occurred in the southbound lanes of the 110 Freeway about 5:57 a.m. on Nov. 14th, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.
A witness called 911 to report a driver struck a woman riding a motorcycle and fled the scene. The woman went down in the roadway. While speaking to 911 operators, another motorist struck a gray Toyota SUV. Eight other vehicles also collided creating a traffic jam.
Paramedics with the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to help those hurt in the crash. It’s unknown if they took anyone to a hospital.
Meanwhile, tow trucks removed the motorcycle and at least one other vehicle from the freeway.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault.
