Two Suffer Major Injuries in Collisions on 110 Freeway in Los Angeles
LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Sept. 11, 2024) — At least four vehicles were involved in a series of collisions on the Harbor 110 Freeway early Wednesday morning, just north of the West Imperial Highway off-ramp in Los Angeles.
The traffic accidents occurred at 3:32 a.m. on Sept. 11th, according to the California Highway Patrol dispatch.
The initial crash involved a white Volkswagen Passat and another vehicle. A driver in a white Nissan Versa called 911 after the car ran over a tire and debris from this collision and became disabled. A FedEx box truck also collided with one of the vehicles and there were several near miss collisions.
Paramedics responded to help at least two people who were involved in two of the three collisions. One was a solo crash and the other involved two vehicles. There were no injuries reported from the car that drove over the debris in the roadway. However, at least three of the vehicles were towed from the freeway due to damage.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the crash on the Harbor 110 Freeway in Los Angeles.
