4-Vehicle Crash On 110 Freeway in Los Angeles
LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Jan. 31, 2022) – A multi-vehicle crash on the Harbor (110) Freeway happened Sunday night in downtown Los Angeles.
The four-vehicle collision happened about 7:46 p.m. on Jan. 30th and involved one vehicle that overturned, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Two people were temporarily trapped in a vehicle and authorities subsequently closed down the freeway at the site to help them.
The California Highway Patrol reports the crash happened on the southbound side of the 110 Freeway at West Third Street.
The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the scene and paramedics evaluated several victims. At the same time, firefighters extricated those trapped in a vehicle.
Finally, the CHP issued a SigAlert at 8:19 p.m., but it was later canceled and traffic lanes reopened at 8:58 p.m.
Investigators are working on the case and will determine liability for the crash on the Harbor 110 Freeway.
