Minor Injury, 3-Vehicle Crash on Highway 101
CHUALAR, Calif. (Sept. 21, 2022) — A multi-vehicle crash on Highway 101 happened Wednesday afternoon near Chualar Road in Monterey County.
The minor injury collision occurred on the northbound Hwy 101 about 2:08 p.m. on Sept. 21st, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials report the motorist collided due to unknown circumstances.
Paramedics responded due to injuries reported following the crash.
It’s unknown if they transported anyone or treated only on the scene.
Meanwhile, at least one of the vehicles suffered significant damage in the crash. A tow truck came to remove it from the roadway.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault.
