Major Injury Crash in Arleta on I-5 Freeway
SAN FERNANDO VALLEY, Calif. (Nov. 30, 2021) — A multi-vehicle crash on the Interstate 5 Freeway Tuesday morning happened near Van Nuys Boulevard in Arleta.
The collision took place on the northbound side of the freeway about 9:42 a.m. on Nov. 30th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP reported at least one vehicle overturned in a collision involving a silver sedan, a semi-truck and a third vehicle.
The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to help those hurt in the crash. They transported at least one person to a hospital with major injuries, but there are no further details.
Police issued a SigAlert due to multiple blocked freeway lanes.
