3 Trucks Collide on the I-580 Freeway
PLEASANTON, Calif. (May 23, 2024) — A multi-vehicle crash happened Thursday morning on the Interstate 580 Freeway at Dougherty Road in Dublin.
The three-vehicle collision occurred in the westbound lanes of the I-580, just east of the off ramp at 9:53 a.m. on May 23rd, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a red GMC Sierra pickup, a green Ford F-250 pickup and a white dump truck were involved
Paramedics responded to help at least one person with minor injuries, but there are no further details at this time.
Tow trucks removed the damaged vehicles from the freeway and investigators are working to determine fault for the Dublin crash on the 580 Freeway.
