OAK HILLS, California (August 4, 2015) — At least one man was injured Tuesday morning in a multi-vehicle crash on the northbound Interstate 15 Freeway, just south of the Oak Hills RV Village, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
The chain-reaction crash involved as many as twelve vehicles and they were all blocking lanes about 6:23 a.m., just north of the switchbacks. The initial report was that a white pickup truck rear-ended a small vehicle. A man inside either a grey van or a yellow Toyota Camry appeared to be slumped over the steering wheel. Paramedics responded to the scene to help those involved who were hurt. A SigAlert was issued due to the roadway being blocked.
Police are investigating what caused the wreck and liability.
