Four or More Vehicles Involved in Crash Near Arata Lane On-ramp
WINDSOR, Calif. (June 24, 2024) — A multi-vehicle car crash happened Monday morning on Highway 101 in Windsor California, near the Arata Lane On-ramp in Sonoma County.
The traffic accident occurred at around 11:48 AM on Monday June 24th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A brown Kia sedan and a silver sedan collided into one another. The silver sedan was reported to be on the right side of the embankment while the brown Kia was in the center divide of the highway. A white Lexis along with a Mini Cooper also were involved in the collision, one vehicle ending up in a ditch and another car also in the center divide. The occupants involved in the crash were still in the vehicles. A husband riding as a passenger in the Kia stopped in the center divide, got out of the car and helped all those involved in the collision.
Paramedics responded and located those who had been injured and transported them to a nearby hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the crash on Highway 101 near Arata Lane On-ramp.
