CHP Reports Car Accident on State Route 91 in Riverside
RIVERSIDE, Calif. (Oct. 4, 2023) — A multi-vehicle crash on the Riverside 91 Freeway happened on Wednesday afternoon near Spruce Street.
The collision involved four or five vehicles around 2:23 p.m. on Oct. 4th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a black BMW, a white work truck, a red SUV, a grey Ford Mustang and a white Honda Accord were involved.
It happened in the eastbound No. 1 lane on State Route 91, police said.
The vehicles were also blocking the HOV and No. 2 lanes of the freeway.
Meanwhile, paramedics were called to the scene to help anyone hurt in the Riverside crash on the 91 Freeway.
The case remains under investigation to determine fault.
