YOLO COUNTY, Calif. (Feb. 1, 2023) — A multi-vehicle crash happened Wednesday on the eastbound US Highway 50 on the Pioneer Memorial Bridge in West Sacramento.
The collision occurred in the No. 1 lane at 7:41 a.m. on Feb. 1 in Yolo County, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The Yolo County Fire Department responded to help those injured in the crash.
The drivers of a black Volkswagen Jetta sedan, a gray Honda Civic and one other vehicle were involved in the wreck.
Paramedics responded to help those injured in the crash including one person with complaints of neck pain. At least one person was transported to a hospital for further treatment.
Investigators are piecing together what led to the crash on Pioneer Bridge in Sacramento and will determine fault.
