8-Vehicle Collision on Orange Freeway in Diamond Bar
DIAMOND BAR, Calif. (Nov. 1, 2023) — A Diamond Bar crash happened Wednesday on the southbound Orange 57 Freeway, just north of Pathfinder Road.
The multi-vehicle collision occurred in the HOV and Nos. 1 and 2 lanes at around 9:35 a.m. on Nov. 1st, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported as many as eight vehicles were involved including a white Tesla Model X, a red Toyota Sienna SUV, a black Ford SUV, a black GMC, a black Lexus SUV and up to three other vehicles. It’s unknown at this time what led up to the traffic accident.
Paramedics responded to help those involved who were injured, but there are no further details.
Meanwhile, tow trucks removed four of the vehicles that were not drivable.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the Diamond Bar crash on the 57 Freeway.
