A Minor Injury Reported in Fremont Crash Near I-680
FREMONT, Calif. (August 13, 2024) — A three-vehicle car crash occurred in Fremont California in Alameda County on the Vargas Road on ramp near the Interstate 680 Freeway.
The traffic accident occurred at around 11:34 AM on Tuesday morning on August 13th 2024, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A dark blue Ford Expedition SUV, a Mini Cooper, and a white Honda Accord sedan collided into one another in Fremont California. Debris from the crash was scattered in all the lanes except the slow lane.
A minor injury was reported following the collision. In addition, tow trucks were needed on the scene to remove the damaged vehicles from the roadway. The left lanes were blocked on the road which caused delays for fellow drivers traveling on that road.
Paramedics responded and located those with injuries and transported them to a nearby hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
Investigators are working to determine who is at fault for the crash in Fremont California near Interstate 680 on the Vargas Road on ramp.
