CHP Reports Collision on State Route 60
JURUPA VALLEY, Calif. (May 23, 2024) — Multiple vehicles were involved in a crash in Jurupa Valley Thursday morning on the eastbound 60 Freeway, just east of Valley Way.
One or two separate collisions occurred in the HOV and Nos. 1 and 2 lanes at around 7:51 a.m. on May 23rd, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a silver Ford F-150 pickup truck, an orange Dodge Journey, a green sedan and a white Honda Accord were among as many as six vehicles involved.
The pickup truck reportedly overturned onto its side during the collision.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the crash on the 60 Freeway in Jurupa Valley.
