Major Injury Crash on State Route 120

MANTECA, Calif. (Oct. 26, 2023) — A multi-vehicle car accident in Manteca happened Thursday afternoon on State Route 120, just west of Highway 99.

The collision occurred on the eastbound SR-120 at around 2:06 p.m. on Oct. 26th and involved roughly six or seven vehicles, according to the California Highway Patrol.

CHP officials reported at least one person sustained major injuries in the crash.

The vehicles included two white trucks, a silver car and a blue car among others.

Paramedics responded to help at least one person with major injuries, but there are no further details at this time.

Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the Manteca accident on Highway 120.
