Major Injury Collision on State Route 29
RUTHERFORD, Calif. (August 21, 2023) — A major injury Rutherford crash involving three motorists happened Monday on Highway 29 at Bella Oaks Lane.
The collision occurred around 6:40 a.m. on August 21st, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The drivers of a red sedan, a full-size work truck and a third vehicle, the report said. The vehicles were blocking the southbound lanes of Highway 29.
Paramedics responded and reported there were major injuries involved, but there were no specific details. Also, it’s unknown how many people were injured at this time.
Meanwhile, police issued a SigAlert due to the crash on State Route 29.
Finally, investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the Rutherford crash on Highway 29.
