Multi-Vehicle Sacramento Crash on Highway 50, Stockton Boulevard
4 Injured in Collision on US 50 in Sacramento
SACRAMENTO, Calif. (April 10, 2025) — Four people were injured Thursday in a multi-vehicle crash in Sacramento on Highway 50, just east of Stockton Boulevard.
The traffic accident occurred on westbound US-50 around 12:27 p.m. on April 10th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a blue Nissan, a Subaru, a white semi-truck, and several other cars were involved. The semi-truck reportedly rear-ended the Nissan, setting off a possible chain-reaction collision.
Paramedics responded and assisted four people with injuries including two juveniles with complaints of pain.
Tow trucks removed several vehicles including the Nissan with major rear-end damage and the semi-truck which was missing a tire after the collision.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the crash on Highway 50 in Sacramento.
