Namakal Kannan, 68, Killed in Simi Valley Pedestrian Crash on Alamo Street
SIMI VALLEY, CA (November 20, 2022) – Pedestrian Namakal Kannan was killed after a crash on Alamo Street in Simi Valley.
The coroner’s office identified the 68-year-old Simi Valley man as the victim of the fatal accident which took place on Tuesday.
The incident happened when a Ford F-150 struck Namakal Kannan for an unknown reason in Simi Valley. The car hit him as he crossed the 2300 block of Alamo Street.

The Ventura County Star wrote that the collision occurred on November 15 at around 5:34 p.m. Namakal Kannan sustained serious injuries as a result of the pedestrian accident.
Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived at the scene and found him down on the ground. Medical personnel rushed the patient to a hospital, where he soon died.
Meanwhile, police added that the Simi Valley man in his 50s driving the pickup truck stopped and stayed at the site following the incident.
