 NAPA: 4 Injured in Crash on Coombsville Road, First Avenue

NAPA, Calif. (Feb. 22, 2023) — Four people were injured Monday night in a solo-vehicle crash on Coombsville Road near First Street.

Two people from the vehicle suffered major injuries in the 9:40 p.m. crash on Feb. 20th, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The vehicle occupied by four people reportedly went off the roadway and down 20 feet into a ravine on the shoulder of Coombsville Road, according to the Napa Valley Register.

The CHP and Napa County Fire crews responded to the scene to help those involved. Two people were trapped in the vehicles, but freed by firefighters.

Paramedics transported four people by American Medical Response ambulances to a local hospital. Two suffered major injuries and two had moderate injuries. The age, gender and identities of the injured patients is unknown at this time.

Investigators are working on the case to determine liability for the Napa crash on Commbsville Road.
