1 Injured in Napa DUI Car Crash on Silverado Trail Saturday
NAPA, CA (September 25, 2022) – A DUI crash left one person injured along the Silverado Trail in Napa.
According to an article published by the Napa Valley Register, the accident took place on Saturday evening. Officers reported the wreck at about 7:47 p.m.
The incident happened on September 24 when two vehicles collided in the city of Napa. Police said the cars crashed on the Silverado Trail.
2 Vehicles Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived at the scene and found one driver hurt as a result of the collision. They provided treatment to the victim for the minor injuries they sustained in the accident.
The name of the wounded patient and their condition at this time were not disclosed. Meanwhile, police determined that the other motorist was under the influence of alcohol when the incident occurred.
They soon arrested the woman on felony DUI causing injury. Officers forced a stretch of Silverado Trail to shut down following the wreck.
The Napa DUI crash is still under investigation.
