
NAPA, Calif. (May 25, 2023) — A two-vehicle crash on Napa Valley Highway (State Route 221) happened Thursday morning, just south of Anderson Road in Napa.
The traffic accident occurred around 6:58 a.m. on Thursday, May 25th, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.
A driver in a black Tesla reportedly rear-ended a silver Toyota Camry in the No. 1 lane due to unknown circumstances. The Tesla suffered major front-end damage and the Toyota had moderate rear-end damage following the collision. Both vehicles required tow trucks to remove them from the roadway.
Meanwhile, paramedics responded to help anyone injured in the Napa crash, but there were no further details in the CHP report.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the crash on Highway 221 in Napa.
